His experience covers Corporate and Company Law, Commercial and Contract Law, Employment Law, Litigation, Compliance, Mining Law and Natural Resources, with involvement in business operations, transactions, domestic and international contracts, corporate structuring, risk management and dispute resolution.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in matters of considerable scale and importance concerning entities such as Vulcan Mozambique, ICVL/Minas de Benga, Nuke Mining, Lda., Nuke Taiyu Mining, Lda., Jindal Africa and Montepuez Ruby Mining, Lda., among others, directly providing direction in highly regulated business environments with significant economic exposure.
He also served as Director of the Legal and Public and Institutional Relations Department at Nuke Transportes, Lda., subsequently Nuke Mining, Lda., taking responsibility for legal, employment, commercial, contractual and institutional matters, as well as defending and safeguarding the organisation’s strategic interests.
